It suits repetitive tasks that follow the same steps every time.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How RPA works on a phone<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A workflow is a list of steps such as &#8220;open app&#8221;, &#8220;tap Upload&#8221;, &#8220;pick file&#8221;, &#8220;type caption&#8221;. You build it once, by recording or by assembling steps, and then run it on one or many phones, on demand or on a schedule.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Good and bad fits<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Good:<\/strong> publishing prepared content, routine checks, bulk profile updates.<\/li><li><strong>Bad:<\/strong> conversations, judgement calls, anything a platform&#8217;s rules do not allow to be automated.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keep workflows maintained<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apps update their screens. Assign an owner to each workflow so someone notices and fixes it when a step stops working.
