Reaching people on Facebook with direct messages

Facebook task running on several cloud phones

Personal messages from several accounts, on your schedule

Direct messages work when they are relevant and expected: replies to people who contacted you, follow-ups with partners, or notes to creators you plan to work with. This template takes a list of recipients and the text to send, then sends the messages from the profiles you choose at the pace you set. Keep your lists short and targeted, write messages people will want to read, and stay within Facebook’s rules on unsolicited contact.

FAQ

Do I need Messenger installed?

Yes. Install Messenger alongside Facebook on each profile and sign in once before the first run.

Who can I send messages to?

Any user you enter by username in the task settings. Choose people who expect to hear from you: Facebook restricts unsolicited and bulk messaging, so check its current rules before you plan a campaign.

Can I personalise each message?

Yes. Write a message per recipient in the task settings, or prepare several versions and let the template rotate between them.

Is automating Facebook allowed?

Facebook sets its own rules on automated activity and on running more than one account, and those rules change over time. Read Facebook’s current terms of service and community guidelines before you automate anything. Our templates operate the app on your cloud phones; they do not change what Facebook permits.

Make your workflow run itself with automation and AI

Templates, the RPA builder and the AI studio work together.

Generate captions, images and video with AI, hand them to a publishing template, and let your cloud phones post, engage and report back while you plan the next campaign.
