Can I have more than one Depop shop?
Depop sets its own rules for sellers and accounts. Read Depop’s Terms of Service and seller policies for your country before you open another shop. Cloud phones keep shops technically separate; they do not change what Depop allows.
Do reviews and followers stay with each shop?
Yes. Reviews, followers and sales history belong to the Depop account itself. Each profile simply keeps that account signed in on its own phone.
How does shipping work?
Exactly as it does on a handset. Each shop keeps its own shipping settings in the Depop app, so you handle orders from the profile that made the sale.
Do I need a proxy for each Depop account?
We recommend one proxy per profile so that each account connects from its own IP address. Separate networks are a sensible default when shops belong to different people or businesses. Bring proxies from the provider you prefer and assign them per profile.
How many Depop shops can I run?
Each shop needs one cloud phone profile. You can create as many profiles as your plan includes and add more at any time; see Pricing for the current limits.
Can I open my profiles from another computer?
Yes. The phones run in the cloud, not on your machine, so you can sign in from another computer and every Depop session is where you left it.
