Create multiple Grubhub accounts

Restaurants on Grubhub, and the people who run several of them, tend to end up with a login per location. Give each one its own cloud Android phone and check orders, menus and reviews without hunting for the right device.

Lower the costs

A home for every restaurant login

Each location’s Grubhub account sits on its own cloud phone, signed in and ready, so you are not borrowing a cook’s phone to check a menu change.

Cloud phones

Real Android phones that run in the cloud, so every account gets a full mobile environment without hardware on your desk.

Unique profiles

Each profile is its own phone with its own device details, apps and storage, so accounts never share an identity.

Proxy configuration

Bring the proxies you already use and assign one to each profile, so every account connects from its own address.

Busy service and several logins? Keep each Grubhub location on its own cloud phone and open it from any computer.

Centralized control

From one kitchen to a restaurant group

Add a profile when you open a new location or brand, group them by neighbourhood or concept, and see every restaurant on one screen.

Scale quicker

Schedule the menu and hours check

Before a holiday or a menu change, run a workflow that opens each location and walks through the same checks, so nothing is missed.

AI & content

Menu descriptions that make people hungry

Draft item descriptions and promotional images with the AI studio, then review them before updating a location’s menu.

AI studio generating video variations

Synchronizer

Do something once on a main phone and have it mirrored on every other open profile at the same time.

RPA

Start from a ready-made template or build your own step-by-step workflow, then schedule it across profiles.

AI studio

Generate captions, images and short videos, then hand them straight to your posting workflows.

Team members with different permissions per profile

Team collaboration

Location managers see their own store

Give each manager the profile for their location only. Access is per profile, so nobody shares a password and every change is logged.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have more than one Grubhub account?

Grubhub has separate terms for diners, restaurant partners and drivers, and driver accounts are personal. Read the Grubhub terms that apply to your role before you create another account. Cloud phones keep accounts technically separate; they do not change what Grubhub allows.

Can offices use it for team ordering?

Yes. Companies that order for several offices can keep each office’s account on its own profile, with its own addresses, payment methods and order history.

Which Grubhub apps can I use?

Any Android app you would use on a handset, including the diner app and restaurant apps, signed in to the account that belongs to that profile.

Do I need a proxy for each Grubhub account?

We recommend one proxy per profile so that each account connects from its own IP address. It is most useful when locations belong to different owners. Bring proxies from the provider you prefer and assign them per profile.

How many Grubhub accounts can I run?

Each account needs one cloud phone profile. You can create as many profiles as your plan includes and add more at any time; see Pricing for the current limits.

Can I open my profiles from another computer?

Yes. The phones run in the cloud, not on your machine, so you can sign in from another computer and every Grubhub session is where you left it.
